Introduction

Voyage Care is a sector leading provider, with over 30 years’ experience of specialist care and support. They have over 10,000 staff and over 600 sites and are backed by Wren House (private equity).

They support over 3,500 people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and other complex needs across the UK. Their commitment to quality is demonstrated by their sector-leading quality ratings. In England, 93% of registered locations are rated as Good or Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. 100% of Scottish and Welsh registered locations are rated as Compliant by the Care Inspectorate and Care Inspectorate Wales.

The context

Due to changes in the executive team, Voyage Care called on Rinnova to help with an interim appointment, to support the commercial and pricing teams.

The solution

We presented candidates with demonstrated experience:

  • Owning a commercial platform within a health or social care organisation
  • Experience driving commercial outcomes and establishing long term partnerships with the public sector
  • Working within a private equity environment at scale
