01

The context

Due to changes in the executive team, Voyage Care called on Rinnova to support with an interim appointment, while they recruited a substantive Quality Director.

02

The solution

We presented candidates with demonstrated experience in:

  • Social care operations at scale, including complex care
  • Experience overseeing a quality platform within health or social care
  • Demonstrable experience using technologies to enhance services and patient outcomes

Candidates were introduced within 72 hours. Voyage Care hired an interim candidate that went on to deliver further value in new areas, even after the substantive Quality Director was hired.

03

The impact

  • Successful line management of a large and capable quality team.
  • Progression of their digital strategy though operational and quality insight.
  • Seamless transition from an immediate gap in the executive, to appointing a substantive member of the team.

“I had the pleasure of working with the Rinnova team when we needed to bring in senior and executive talent. They were able to demonstrate their advisor-led model by moving incredibly quickly to deliver great candidates. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quick and efficient recruitment solutions. Professional and committed experts – thank you!”
