Smilepod are a dental care clinic chain, founded in 2008. They have six established studios across central London, offering high quality accessible professional dental care. The business is backed by Beaubridge, a private equity growth investment firm.

In light of the incumbent leaving, Smilepod commissioned Rinnova to deliver an interim search for an operational consultant to lead the business through a period of transition.
