The context
Practice Plus Group engaged with Rinnova for support with a highly specific project, to provide a senior interim to help shape a successful strategy for expanding one of their key service lines. This individual would be required to advise on the approach to major bids and tenders, the operational roll out of services and interpretation of feedback on losing bids.
