The context

A member of the Operating Board had recently announced their intention to move on, so based on their evidenced expertise in the sector, Alliance Medical engaged the support of Rinnova’s sector specific advisors to assess the impact this significant organisational change would have on the business and support the subsequent recruitment process.

Managing Director Discussion & Board Enquiry

  • The Managing Director and two sector specific Rinnova advisors met to discuss the wider impact of the organisational change.
  • Rinnova undertook an Operating Board enquiry, led by an advisor and recruitment professional, to define the role and assess culture.

Search & Interviewing

  • Rinnova’s advisors proactively assisted the recruitment team with candidate qualification and shortlisting, as well as availability for interviews and offer stage.
  • Rinnova advisors were on hand to assist with the on-boarding and mentoring of the successful candidate.
